Easter Recipes








Peanut Butter Eggs
  • 1 lb. confectioners sugar
  • 3/4 c. melted butter or oleo
  • pinch of salt
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 Tbsp. cocoa
  • 5 Tbsp. peanut butter (regular or crunchy)
    Roll into egg shape and dip in dip recipe.

    Dip:

  1. Melt in double boiler and dip immediately. Let stand after dipping, to harden.
  2. 5 oz. pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
  3. 3 sq. bitter chocolate
