Easter Recipes








Cream Eggs
  • 3/4 c. mashed potatoes
  • 2 boxes confectioners sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/8 tsp. salt

    Dip For Cream Eggs:

  • 3 pkg. semi-sweet chocolate
  • 2 sq. bitter chocolate
    Eggs:
  1. Mix together (potatoes should be cold); set one hour before dipping. Roll into eggs before setting.

    Makes approximately 36 medium eggs.

    Dip:

  1. Melt in double boiler and dip immediately. Let stand after dipping, to harden.
  2. 5 pkg. semi-sweet chocolate
  3. 3 sq. bitter chocolate
