Pickled Easter Eggs
  • hard-boiled eggs
  • beet juice
  • vinegar
  • chopped onion
  • cloves
  1. Peel hard-boiled eggs, place in glass jar.
  2. Cover with mixture of equal parts beet juice and vinegar.
      Add a little chopped onion and a few cloves.
    1. Cover and refrigerate 3 to 4 days before serving.
