• 1 pkg. white cake mix
• 1 pkg. strawberry jello
• 1/2 c. water
• 3/4 c. oil
• 4 eggs
• 1 pkg. frozen strawberries or
• 1 c. fresh, crushed strawberries (save berries for icing)

1. Mix all ingredients using directions on cake box.
2. Makes 2 (9-inch) round layers or 3 (8-inch) ones.
3. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.

   Cool and ice with the following:

4. Mix 1 box powdered sugar, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/2 cup margarine or butter and 1/4 cup crushed strawberries.
5. Add more berries as needed.
6. Decorate with jelly beans for Easter eggs.
