Easter Cheese Mold
  • 1 16 oz. Package dry curd cottage cheese
  • 1/3 cup butter, softened
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 3/4 cup finely chopped M and M's plain chocolate candies
  1. Combine all ingredients in mixer bowl.
  2. Beat at medium speed until blended.
  3. Place in oiled 1 quart mold.
  4. Chill for 2 hours or over night.
  5. Unmold on plate.
  6. Spread on celery, carrots, apples or warm bread.
