Corn Soufflé
From: Cymbre Clark Crisologo
  • 1 can whole kernel corn
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 can cream style corn
  • 1 pkg. Jiffy corn muffin mix
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • Pam
  • 1 stick oleo
  1. Spray casserole dish with Pam or other nonstick spray.
  2. Mix ingredients together in casserole dish.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees for 60-90 minutes until lightly browned on top.
