• 24 pepperoni slices
• 1 small onion, diced
• 10-12 olives
• 1 small green pepper, seeded and diced
• 1 jar pizza sauce
• 16-oz. Pkg. Mozzarella cheese
• Bagels, sliced
• 1/2 lb. Sausage, crumbled fried and drained

1. Place pepperoni on 2 paper plates covered with a paper towel and microwave 10-15 seconds to drain grease.
2. Place olives, onions, and green pepper on a plate and microwave 30-60 seconds to soften.
3. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
4. Spread pizza sauce on each bagel slice.
5. Top with your favorites and sprinkle with cheese.
6. Bake until cheese melts.
