Brunswick Stew

  • 2 lbs. Pork or chicken
  • 1/2 cup Barbecue Sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 1/2 cups catsup
  • 1 teaspoon hot sauce
  • 2 cups cooked diced potatoes
  • 2 Tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
  • 3 #2 cans cream style corn
  • 1/3 cup drippings (pork or bacon)
  1. Place all ingredients in saucepan, cover and heat slowly.
  2. Salt and more hot sauce may be needed according to taste preferred.
  3. Makes about 2 quarts
