Sour Cream Corn Bread

  • 1 cup self rising corn meal
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 small can cream style corn
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/3 cup cooking oil
  1. Mix the above ingredients.
  2. Bake in iron skillet at 400 degrees F until gold brown.
