Pineapple Pizza

  • 3 cups flour
  • 1/2 lb. oleo
  • Work together

    Add:

  • 2 Tablespoons sugar
  • 2 egg yolks beaten with 1/2 cup milk and 1 teaspoon vanilla
  1. Roll half of dough out to fit cookie sheet add filling below
  2. Roll other half out for top, cut slits in top for air holes, brush with egg whites and sprinkle with sugar.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes.

Filling for Pineapple Pizza

  • 1-#2 Can crushed pineapple
  • 4 Tablespoons tapioca
  • 3/4 Cup sugar

    Cook until thick and add 2 Tablespoons butter.

    Let Cool.

This recipe has been in our family for years. Passed down from my mother-in-law Mary Crutchley.
