Easy Corn Pudding

  • 3 eggs slightly beaten
  • ¼ cup butter or margarine, melted
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 (15-17 oz.) can cream style corn
  • 1 (15-17 oz.) whole kernel corn, undrained
  • 1 (8 ½ oz) pkg. Jiffy cornbread mix
  1. Combine ingredients.
  2. Mix well.
  3. Bake uncovered in low casserole (approx. 2 qt. size) at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until set.
