Corn Bread Dressing

  • 1/2 skillet of corn bread
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
  • 3 or 4 slices light bread
  • 3 stalks celery, diced
  • 1 teaspoon sage
  1. Sauté celery and onion in butter.
  2. Mix bread and seasonings with chicken stock.
  3. Blend in onions and celery.
  4. Pour into pan and bake at 400 degrees for 40 minutes.
