Quiche Carlotta
  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees
    • 1 9" pie crust
    • 1 cup cooked shrimp (cut into bite size pieces)
    • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
    • 1/3 cup chopped green onions
    • 1 cup grated Swiss cheese
    • 4 eggs
    • 2 cups heavy cream
    • ½ t. salt
    • 1/4 t. pepper
    • 1/8 t. cayenne pepper
    1. Spread shrimp, mushrooms, onions and cheese in pie crust.
    2. Slightly beat eggs and add remaining ingredients.
    3. Pour into pie crust.
    4. Bake at 425 Degrees F. for 15 min.
    5. Reduce heat to 300 Degrees F. and bake an additional 30 min. or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.

    Wallah!! Quiche Carlotta. Delicious when served with a tossed green salad.
