Combine remaining milk & melted butter with
cake mix.
Mix Well.
Press 1/2 cake mixture into greased 13x9x2 pan.
Bake 6 minutes at 350°.
Remove from oven and sprinkle 1 cup nuts and all the chocolate chips over crust.
Top with melted caramels.
Top with chunks of remaining cake mixture.
Sprinkle remaining nuts and bake 20 more minutes
at 350°.
