Dewey Love Caramel Brownies!
  • 14 oz. bag of caramels
  • 2/3 cup evaporated milk (divided)
  • 1 German Chocolate cake mix with pudding
  • 1/2 cup margarine, melted
  • 1 1/2 cups chopped walnuts (divided)
  • 6 ounces semisweet chocolate chips
  1. Melt caramels with 1/2 cup evaporated milk.
  2. Combine remaining milk & melted butter with cake mix.
  3. Mix Well.
  4. Press 1/2 cake mixture into greased 13x9x2 pan.
  5. Bake 6 minutes at 350°.
  6. Remove from oven and sprinkle 1 cup nuts and all the chocolate chips over crust.
  7. Top with melted caramels.
  8. Top with chunks of remaining cake mixture.
  9. Sprinkle remaining nuts and bake 20 more minutes at 350°.
