Tucker Hot Wings
  • 1 stick of butter
  • Franks Hot Sauce (equal volume to melted butter)
  • 2 T white vinegar
  • 1-2 cups flour
  • 3-4 dozen frozen chicken wings
  • Vegetable Oil
Hot Sauce
  1. Place the stick of butter in a medium size bowl & melt in the microwave.
  2. Once the butter is melted, add Franks Hot Sauce in about equal quantities to the butter.
  3. Add vinegar and mix.
  4. More or less hot sauce can be added to adjust how spicy the wings are.

This combination creates a mild Hot Wing flavor.

Wings
  1. Soak the 3-4 dozen frozen chicken wings in warm water to thaw.
  2. Make sure to clean the glaze off the chicken wings while thawing.
  3. Rinse several times to remove the glaze.
  4. Once the wings are clean and dry, roll them in flour.
  5. Fry the wings over high heat in the vegetable oil.
  6. After the wings are fried, remove them from the oil and place them on a paper towel to remove excess oil.
  7. While the wings and the sauce are still warm, place the wings in the hot sauce mixture until the wings are completely coated.
  8. It is better to coat the wings a few at a time.
  9. Remove the wings from the sauce and serve.
