2 Packages Crushed Raman Noodles,
do NOT use flavored varieties
Toast Almonds and Crushed Raman Noodles at 250 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes and cool to room temperature.
Dressing:
6 Tablespoons of Rice Vinegar (8 Tablespoons = ½ Cup)
1/4 Cup Sugar
1/2 Cup Olive Oil
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
1/8 Teaspoon Ground Pepper
Mix all ingredients except the toasted noodles and almonds and add the dressing.
Toss in the almonds and Raman noodles just before serving.
