Schnizlein’s Sweet Potato Casserole
  • 1 1/2 cups mashed sweet potatoes
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/6 cup milk
  1. Beat together.
  2. Put in casserole pan.

Mix the following and put on top of potato

mixture:

  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/8 cup flour
  • 1/4 Tablespoon melted butter
  1. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
