Judi’s Chicken Casserole
  • 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 8 oz carton sour cream
  • 4 cups cubed cooked chicken
  • 1/2 to 3/4 package stuffing mix
  • Parmesan or shredded cheddar cheese
  • Salt, pepper, onion & garlic, to taste
  1. Mix soup and sour cream in sauce pan over low heat.
  2. Add chicken and pour into greased 13x9 pan and add the stuffing mix. *It can be all mixed in one bowl and dumped into the 13x9 pan.
  3. Top with parmesan cheese or shredded cheddar cheese
  4. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
